We called the police about this a few nights ago (when mini bikes and go karts went up the MIDDLE of Second Avenue IN TRAFFIC and we nearly RAN OVER THEM) Right thru the intersection of Whitehall Road and Delaware Ave. The police said they had received many phone calls and were "in route". I hope someone doesn't have to get seriously injured for this to STOP (I just witnessed the mini bikes again going up the sidewalk in front of Empanda Llama)

I want to thank APD for responding to this issue. Two patrol cars were just at 18 Jeanette. Hopefully the warning will be heeded.
