Who is this Kim Bremmer? Is she employed by Holland's Family Cheese? What are her job duties?

To Bobby: At the informational meetings Rolf and Marieke Penterman had before The Holland's Family Cheese operation was built, Marieke stated that if the manure lagoon gave off an offensive odor that a cover would be installed on it. But the Thorp City Council never made it a requirement when they granted Rolf and Marieke the Conditional Use Permit. That was a bad decision by the Thorp City Council.

Kim Bremmer is a consultant that leads the Odor Response Team (and also gives occasional farm tours). The final statement made here is accurate--the Planning Commission and City Council chose not to require a cover. And finally, a general statement: Anonymous complaints cannot be taken as seriously as a complaint made by a person who is willing to attach their name to it. Anonymous complaints make direct response and dialogue difficult at best, and impossible at worst. When citizens have complaints, they should be acknowledged and addressed, but that cannot always be done effectively if the complainant makes it difficult.

You never completely answered my question. Is Kim Bremmer receiving a paycheck from Holland's Family Cheese? Yes or no.

Good morning, Mr./Ms. Anonymous. As a consultant, my time is billable to Holland's Family Cheese. Therefore, it is in their best interests and costs them less money if there are fewer complaints. Several changes have been made on the farm and the goal is to monitor any changes as compared to last summer as new ideas are also evaluated and implemented.
