Description

When traveling west on Curlew approaching the light on US19 at 4AM (no cars waiting at light in any direction), the car sensor timing isn't correct. If you want to turn left to go south on US19, the sensor timing trips the light so quickly it just thinks you want to continue going west on Curlew - you end up sitting another cycle in left turn lane to get the left arrow. I turned this issue in a couple months ago and it got better / almost worked correctly but it now is back to the way it was. A 2 or 3 second delay needs to be added after the first sensor sees the car to then see if the car trips the sensor when getting into the left turn lane.
