I hope this time someone does look into the issue. I have reported a few things in the past and have had to chases the issues up. This is a real danger if someone trips in this hole

Two people from the Township looked at the sink hole but didn't do anything. They put the cone back over the hole. Nothing has been done since. Is this a Township issue or is it the homeowners problem? If it is the homeowner, please can someone notify them. If it is the Township, please can something be done about it. It really is a danger and someone can be really hurt.

I just heard back and wanted to give you an update on this issue. The association needs to drain their retention basin in order for us to get in there to make the repairs. As of now the pipes are full of water and we cant.

This is crazy. Doesn't someone need to inform the HoA in order for the retention to be drained...how are we meant to know this? Someone needs to contact the HOA to tell them, to get this repair resolved. As you can see, this has been going on now since June! Thank you for chasing this up and letting me know what is going on.
