Car wash at 6 mile and Fenton moved their Rizzo trash dumpster down next to another one of their businesses at 24411 W. McNichols. This dumpster has NOT been emptied in over 2 months. Rats are running all over this area because of it. YES, this has been reported once before but NOTHING was done.
