New renters moved in this location after the last ones filled the curb with garbage. The owner of the property has a knack it seems for getting renters with no social graces.
They and now stacking piles and piles of garbage on the curb-perhaps because they believe it will be magically picked up. The property owner should be cited for this continued issue. Calling him does not work.
