Description

northbound Martin Luther King Junior Way at W. MacArthur, traffic signal did not detect me on my bicycle in the leftmost lane waiting to make a left turn onto W MacArthur, even though car traffic in the opposite direction got a green light. This occurred today around 8:45pm, and I was waiting for the signal right on top of the bicycle detector stencil
