Description

Seen about 3pm on Saturday, 6/17, starting in vicinity of Home Depot on Brentwood, the over to Bladensburg and down Bladensburg. White pickup with DC flag on the side, no Dept markings. ID number in back window of 98 10239. Driving aggressively and distractedly. At a red light with a no turn on red sign, driver repeatedly leaned on horn for several minutes until light turn green. Repeatedly cut off vehicles. Erratic speed. Was distracted by cell phone usage (failed to noticed several traffic lights when they turned green).
