Yes, I do mean westbound....duh, what was I thinking? I do agree that there are no more lights needed on Hall Road but for sure on the south and north sides of Heydenreich where it is so difficult to crossover to the turnabout.

The Michigan Dept of Transportation has informed us that they will be installing a signal at Hall and Heydenreich in September 2010.

I understand that they are installing one on the NORTH side of Hall Road/Heydenreich to accommodate all the traffic from Target, Home Depot, etc., but I have not heard tha they are installing one on the south side. Can you clarify, please.

MDOT's Traffic Engineer informed us that signals would be installed on north and south sides. You can contact MDOT directly at 586.978.1935 if you would like to discuss this further.

Trying to make a right turn off of southbound Heydenreich at Hall Rd/M-59 is dangerous. You can't see oncoming coming traffic clearly due to the curve in the road on westbound Hall Rd/M-59. It's even worse since the Home Depot entrance was put in. I always try to use Romeo Plank or Card Road instead, because they have traffic lights.

By the way, there should be a green arrow on Hall Rd for northbound Card. Seems silly to come to a complete stop before making a right hand turn there.

Happy, happy, happy to see the lights on both south and north sides of Hall Road and Heydenreich. Not so happy that they are flashing!!!! When will they really work as red yellow and green?

Thankfully, the Road Commission agreed that lights on the south and north sides of Heydenreich were absolutely necessary and installed them a couple of months ago. I am grateful every time I come across Hall Road that the lights are up and working!
