Description

Our neighbor at 272 Benham Avenue is pumping bathroom waste water (black/grey) from a hose into our yard.

This has been going on for months but we thought there was a drainage issue in our yard.

Recently we observed the hose pumping water from the second floor window. We confronted the tenant who informed us it was waste water from his bathroom and the landlord hasn't fixed it for months.

We told him to stop but now he is simply pulling the hose in when not in use but still pumping several times a day into our yard.

I called the environmental department this morning and spoke with Jennifer. She said she would get this over to the appropriate department.

I would like this addressed asap since it is a highly unsanitary issue and the odor is horrible.
