UVM Medical Center has a non-smoking policy yet dozens of their employees, patients, and visitors smoke, drop their cigarette butts and litter along Colchester Avenue. This constant loitering is causing the grass along this section to be destroyed.

We cannot be the regulator for private property smoking policies. I recommend you contact the Hospital management to discuss their staff behaviors if you see them smoking on hospital property.
The littering report will be investigated by a Code Enforcement Inspector.
