Description

Between Highway 100 & Template Drive on Temple Road there is a turn lane. For motorists driving North on Temple Road and wishing to turn left onto 100, there is access to the turn lane from around 10 car lengths from the junction.

I live on Template drive. When driving South on Temple Road and attempting a left turn onto Templegate Drive, there is access to the turn lane just before Templegate, around 12 car lengths from the 100 & Temple junction.

I am almost hit by the northbound motorists on a daily basis as I attempt to turn into Template Drive.

The Northbound drivers turn into the Southbound turn lane around 150 - 250' too soon and almost cause collisions daily.

The road markings are not clear, and should be re-painted and organized to better split the flow of traffic in the turn lane.
