Description
The fishermen on the Tomlinson bridge are hanging their own bags for garbage, which is a good thing. The problem is that they are just leaving them on the sidewalk to be picked up, and they are not getting picked up, and the seagulls have ripped them apart. The north bound side of rte 1 is covered in garbage and its blowing around, including into the harbor when the bridge is up. Not a good look for our city. Maybe for the summer we could get these guys a secure barrel that gets emptied?
There is also a garbage can lid that has been on the south bound side for weeks, a hazard to cyclists.
