There is a very large raccoon that lives in the house, as well as squirrels. It did have a bee infestation as well but those have since been removed.

Nothing has been done at this site. There is still a ton of junk in the yard, covered by tarps, breeding grounds for mosquitoes, and unsafe conditions.

Reopen is acknowledged. We will send it back to Codes for their consideration regarding the previously closed cases. If possible, could you post a picture of the junk you are reporting? That will help the investigator verify they are viewing what is being submitted. Thanks, Mayor's Action Center

Update from the Codes Compliance Department: In order for a Codes investigator to respond to an issue or complaint about something that cannot be legally viewed from the street, alley, or other public right-of-way, the owner of an adjacent property who can view the violation would need to call Codes directly at 727-893-7373, give their name and contact information as part of the public record for the case, and agree to allow the investigator to visit and view the issue from their property. The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
