Hello, I have been working since last Tuesday (6/13/17) with the old and now new property owners regarding the grass. The property changed hands last week and I met with the construction site supervisor on Monday of this week about keeping the area as neat as possible during construction. The weather the past 3 days hindered the plans to begin the rebuild of the golf course which includes eradicating the grass. In addition, I set an expectation of keeping the lawn mowed along Indian Rocks Road, Golfview Drive and any other areas where the grass is not going to be replaced during or after construction. I will stay on top of this issue as it is our goal to keep the Town of Belleair looking beautiful.
