My husband and I live on this block. This house has not been lived in in over 11 years. The owner drives by every week and does nothing to upkeep it.

This house has been a hazard for years! In addition to the problems mentioned above, there is always standing water on the property breeding mosquitoes. There are many children and young families including pregnant women on the block and this is a concern! This house is a fire hazard and needs to be torn down.

We live next door to this house and the electrical contractors we had out recently as well as the city inspectors who came to check their work both mentioned that this house is a serious fire hazard for us due to the proximity to our house. We see raccoons leaving the house and entering the sewer drain right in front our our house regularly. We've also had pest control out for rats, mice and snakes and been told that our neighbor's yard and home are a breeding ground for these pests. The pest issue is particularly concerning because we have a number of small children playing in yards in close proximity.
