Information related to NoParking signs so to allow illegal use of the Storm Basin for parking (two parties so far in 2017) and regular service access for hired labor, tradespeople and landscapers. Noted official document stating "Access Rights From Parcels 3 & 4 in and to HMETTUS AVE Relinquished and Waived, Per Doc.No. 80-316759 Recorded 9-29-80 Book 80 of O.R." - for Parcel Map No. 10634.

Owner has been notified that access rights were waived and relinquished. Owner was told this week that signs must be removed. Citations will be issued if signs are not removed in a timely manner.

No Parking signs removed. But no access rule ignored. Owner needs to be reminded about the no access rights. This means all vehicle traffic from Hymettus including landscapers, tradespeople, and guests.

Owner still ignores "no access" regulation. Landscaper is not permitted to drive in from Hymettus ave. Owner may not fully understand meaning of "access rights waived and relinquished". It includes owners, guests, tradespeople, all but emergency vehicle traffic.

Despite notifications and removal of signs the owner permits service vehicle access. Why isn't the Hymettus Ave gate properly secured and locked? How can this be stopped?
