Description

A brand new donation bin has been installed on the 600 block of 5th Ave., right by the train tracks and the Sports House. I don't know if these bins are installed legally, but they attract garbage piling and promote illegal dumping. Currently there box is littered with boxes of both clothing and garbage. Please take away the garbage and the donation bin. This is not something that benefits our neighborhood and the companies that install those donation bins only sell the clothing to Latin American countries and are for-profit entities taking away donations from local non-profit.
