It's, the owner of 472 Madison. He parks his white van in the handicap space, over the cross walk and even blocking the bus stop across the street regularly and sometimes for hours. The issue is reported, including to the police non-emergency number, but he continues doing it so there don't seem to be consequences. These spaces are illegally blocked at some point every day and/or night by various vehicles, but he is one of the biggest regular offenders.

This same person was just reported again this week. Hopefully, it will finally be addressed rather than allowed to be an ongoing issue.
