Description
Overt violation of Ordinance #1007-G, City Code Section 16.30.030. They are operating a commercial enterprise in a residential neighborhood in violation of the AEOD Ordinance that states "that only artists who occupy the home as a primary residence." They have recently published a promotion in Creative Loafing stating that they have 6 women operating a business enterprise in the home and only two are residents.

Our actions are in compliance with the Artist Enclave ordinance. We are not operating a commercial enterprise within the home, and use studio space only for creation. We only open our home for appointments and/or workshops within the guidelines of the ordinance.
