Thank you for your comment. Per program guidelines, all recycle items must be contained within the city-issued recycling cart. Residents are able to bring single stream recycling to the transfer station for free drop-off with proper ID and proof of residency (water bill, tax bill or lease). A Cardboard ONLY dumpster is also available for residential use at City Yard (80 Halsey Street) from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Thank you for reducing, reusing and recycling.

Thanks to this attitude it is now litter and still needs to be picked up....does anyone there have common sense ?????
