People are allowed to have 1 unregistered vehicle on there property and the city can not do a thing about it by city ordinance

That vehicle is not being restored and since I rewrote the ordinance with the ordinance committee I can tell you it has to be operable. We did have two conflicting ordinances about unregistered vehicles but it was fixed about a year ago.

I tell you one thing, I wouldnt let a town tell me what I can or cant have on property I own and pay taxes on without a legal battle. Thwy are overstepping there bounds

this piece of crap is still ON the front lawn, because the guys that pushed it there are too lazy to push or tow it back to the driveway, or backyard. This is a rental house. as of April 2, 2018, the whole thing is leaning to the left from tires so flat they are on the rims. US tax paying home owners shouldn't have to look at this crap!
