Description
There has been a notable increase in traffic volume on Cleveland Street between Hohman and State Line. Most cars are from Illinois and appear to be cutting through the neighborhood. They speed endangering the safety of residents and school children, do NOT stop at either stop sign, and have increasingly been throwing trash out of their windows littering a once beautiful neighborhood.
To get this to stop, can the city:
1. put up a wall on State line the same way that they did for our neighbors to the immediate south or
2. put in speed bumps to slow the traffic down or
3. put up signs indicating that through traffic is prohibited, violators will be ticketed, and pair that with some intentional police presence?
Please help.
