My neighbors & I have an issue with the building of high mounds of dirt off of our back yards, that lead into the coast guard properties & makes for an enormous amt. of water off the dirt/hills into our properties.It is as if we have rivers flowing through the lower part of our yards after a rain situation.

I have spoken to Kevin Burke at the coast guard to no avail & a couple of persons from the Corp.of Engineers to no avail.

We have a letter floating to neighbors for signatures to be sent to Rep. Rosa Delauro & State Senator Looney. Please be advised that you have been informed of our situation as well.Thank you for any assistance. Lois K. Wilkins
