Description

We have placed our yard waste in a reusable container marked with a bright yellow 'X' on both sides out for pick up for 2 weeks now and each time it is not picked up. Yard waste has consistently been a problem for you guys. Per your own website and mailed flyers: "Reusable containers must be marked with a large "X" visible to the collectors. This will ensure that they know it is yard waste and not trash."
