Description

On multiple occasions I have driven past this Silver Honda Civic CO license plate (687-PDH or POH) parked along Sunset Dr. just off Prince St. (Jackass Hill Park) and the occupants are inside their vehicle smoking marijuana out of a water bong. I have also seen them puking in the street and lighting off fireworks. This typically occurs between 6pm and 9pm in the evening. Can we get an officer to keep an eye out for these young men? It is always 2 males in their late teens or early twenties. The photo is from this evening where they were at it again. Thanks-
