The AC units at Life Center Ministries has been groaning loudly since at least 9am until now, non-stop. It's maddening! Based on city code, the noise is a clear violation. We keep being told to have patience and that he issue it's being worked on but the city officials won't even return emails anymore regarding this matter I'm am so frustrated and disappointed. Why do I pay taxes if the city won't protect its citizens interests???????
