This issue has been reported at least 3 other times and it keeps getting sent to eTRAKIT. But then nothing happens. It's like eTRAKIT is the black hole of the universe, because once it goes there, nothing happens and the problem still exist. Hopefully nobody gets hurt in an injury automobile accident, because they did not see the stop sign!

Since this is private property, there is due process involved and the City must first seek voluntary compliance of the violations from the property owner to fix the violation(s). This process may not yield a quick response, but we do our best to work with the property owner to get the violations corrected. How long should be have to wait? Is there any time limits on fixing this dangerous problem? How long would be too long, a year, two years? This situation has been going on for at least a year and has been reported at least 3 times, and yet nothing gets done! Does the property owner have more rights then the public safety because of the obscured Stop Sign?
