How about you come over here with a shovel and pick it up. You are so ignorant to even comment and not know the facts genius. I called Friday way before 4pm and no one picks up. I pay taxes, so i have a right to use city service. I wish you would say this in person. Give someone the ability to comment on the internet, and they feel very brave. I'm pretty sure if it was in person, they will be cowards and keep their comments to themselves.

If picking up dead skunks was my job,I would. If it were the job of the police or fire department, they likely would. What you learned on Friday was that it isn't any of those. City streets are cleaned by weekly sweepings.

If there is a dead animal, a downed tree branch, or trash in my street, I clean it up. I can't see the reason to clog the task list of city services or SeeClickFix with something like this. Imagine how much better our city (and state...and nation) would be with we looked to our government for major issues rather than every little thing we desire.

Here's something you don't know. Picking up dead animals is part of public works job. This doesn't have anything to do with our state or nation. Our nation is the way it is because of our politicians. , you doing all that other stuff. Good for you. And by the way, you doing those things still didn't make the state or nation better.
It seems to me you you don't know any better. You are putting yourself at risk for diseases. Where are you going to put a dead decomposing animal? In your city trash can.. which is foolish. You must have extra time on your hands to comment on other ppl issues. It's seems like ppl like you that don't know how to stay out ppl business, is the reason why this country is the way it is.
