A guy is hoarding stuff here, about 100 foot long area with tarps and shopping carts and garbage cans, he says he does not live here, stuff is blocking the sidewalk and smells awful, please remove it

Highway 24 off-ramp. He is likely the same man who 'borrows" tennis balls and pooper-scoopers from Hardy Dog Park across the street. If so he has threatened dog park users on multiple occasions. This is not the same guy as the one who sleeps by the Claremont Highway 24 on ramp.
