1st notice issued for just some of the weeds on the property (sidewalk), around the fire hydrant & alley. Most of the plants are part of the landscape & are considered natural vegetation - wild flowers. These not considered noxious weeds according to City code. Thank you.

how about the dead tree, the yard is not maintained, who was the horticultural expert that said it's natural vegetation.

2 weeks and the weeds and "NATURAL VEGETATION" are still growing. Sorry to say the dead tree is still dead.
