once again the summer rainy season is upon us and the Bus Depot grounds are looking quite unkempt. The grass on the 6th Avenue side is approching 3 feet in some areas and creating a dismal view for the tax payers across the street and others who still by. On the 49th Street side grass is also very high and littered with trash creating a neglected appearance for the city in general. Westminister Heights is working hard to elevate their image and increase their property value and neglect of the city property demeans our efforts. Please correct in a timely manner. Also note this property only appears to be taken care of when there are complaints, what doe it take to have regularly scheduled maintenance.
