Description

Pigeon Infestation, nuisance, health hazard. Pigeons are roosting not only on building roof but INSIDE bedroom walls, inside kitchen walls and above stove vent. Dangerous to breathe. The constant squealing and scratching noises from within the walls make it impossible to think. Landlord will not respond to repeated requests for repair.
