8:30pm, hit a crater and got a gouged out flat on the eastbound onramp to the kennedy, nagle entrance. phoned 311, who said they would sent someone out (I was trying to change the drivers side front tire alone in the dark, on the onramp with cars accelerating by to get on the highway. just wanted a car there so I wouldn't get hit), 90 minutes later the donut was on, and noone ever showed.
