SEPTEMBER 19, 2017 - (NHB - "ZONING OFFICIAL TWO") LIVING WALL "PORTION" OF REQUIREMENTS HAS BEEN FULFILLED BY GERSON WOODLANDS (SIMON GERSON) AND HIS COMPANY. THIS SPECIFIC COMPLAINT FROM WILLIAM COLEMAN (REFERRAL) WAS FOLLOWED UP INDEPENDENTLY OF ANY OTHER ASPECTS OF THIS PROJECT WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE TO BE MET. FROM CALLS AND CONVERSATION WITH GERSON WOODLANDS STAFF - MR. GERSON WANTED TO HAVE A "FACE TO FACE" WITH C.O.B. STAFF / MANAGEMENT - INCLUDING NHB ("ZONING OFFICAL TWO"); THIS REQUEST SEEMS TO NOT HAVEN TAKEN PLACE. (FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS I SUPPOSE); SO FROM NHB VIEWPOINT - RIGHT NOW - THIS COMPLAINT WAS "SPECIFIC" AS TO THE LVING WALL ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING TOWARD THE EAST. NHB INSPECTED AND SPOKE TO HIS COLLEAGES - AND IT WAS A UNANIMOUS DECISION THAT THIS WORK RESOLVED THIS COMPLAINT - "THE SPECIFIC COMPLAINT OF A LIVING WALL" WHICH WAS ON THE APPROVED PLANS/ELEVATIONS.
