Description

This problem happens between 5:15am and 5:50am as that is the range of time I mostly get to that light. On few occasions shortly after 6AM there is no problem. Problem is that the light will cycle with or without traffic 4-5 times before the left turn light will show a green arrow. It is to the point that cars are turning on red because 4-5 times is a long time to wait. That amount of time makes you think it will never turn. Even if there are 1 or more cars in that turn lane and no others at the intersection, the same happens. I don't know at what time this problem starts but I know it is fine by 6:00am.
