Description

The sidewalks on this section of Lowell St we're redone about 1-2 years ago except for a section in front of 5040 Lowell St NW. The sidewalk was dug up but this particular part was never replaced with concrete. You can not walk on it as it has the feel of a rustic hike. You can not push a stoller or wheelchair through so you must walk in the street. Please fix it! I know other people have complained and we don't understand why we get no response as to why it wasn't replaced when the rest of the street was done and when it will be done. Thank you!
