Description
Trash truck pulled limb down from tree and it is still connected but hanging straight down blocking alley. Need city tree trimmer to come and clear as well as clear limbs blocking alley street lamp which is blocked by overgrown branches. Both are safety hazards as children walk the alley and the branch could come down on them.
