How was this reseolved?

Inspection was complete and scheduled to clear blockage. Work order has been created and will be completed shortly. For additional follow-up, please call the Contact Center at (941) 861-5000

This issue has never been resolved and was definitly as issue during the storm. You can look into the drain without removing the lid and see that it is full of dirt and debris. The cross connect drain on the other side of the street is also affected. The presence of standing water is a health issue.

Robert, the way I read the response, they are not saying the issue was resolved, just acknowledged and a work order submitted.

Look at the original complaint, they have had plenty of time to address this isssue.
