DPS worker went out to check manhole cover and could not find the noisy one. He inspected several to make sure. This may have already been fixed earlier in the month. This was just a follow-up visit to make sure we could close this issue out on See, Click, Fix. Please reopen this issue if you are still having problems. I noticed that you did put in exact info of where issue is. Is it still occurring? According to DPS employee there was no noisy manhole cover when he went out to inspect.
