Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard. Updates will be posted here.

Caller asked for an update. Trash bags, lawn clippings, tree limbs piled between apartments and the duplex.

Same caller, again asked for an update, trash is still there.

Another caller reported the same issue, adding construction trash and carpeting to the list of trash.

The Code Officer reported that the pile was picked up.
