The tree is most likely on county property since it is so close to the road. The driveway it drapes over is a licensed in home daycare provider for my children and I'm concerned about their safety. It also drapes over a CA sidewalk which connects to a popular running path for folks going to Lake Elkhorn. Thank you for investigating.

tree does not appear to be dead and it will be trimmed per our trim schedule , we are looking to start a crew trimming this fall to winter

My daycare provider has a security camera and has not witnessed any work being done regarding the tree in question. Please verify the tree has been removed. Young children 5 and under are in the home and play underneath it. I have seen branches fall from the tree.

tree is not dead - crew will trim tree as it gets to that section they are on rustling leaf and they get pulled out now and then to do other tasks within the county - this issue will be closed and there is no need to re-open we are aware of what we have in the area.
