This is a storm system. Please contact the City of New Haven as they own and maintain all storm drains and catch basins.
For sewer issues, please call the emergency number at 203-466-5260. An operator receives calls 24 hrs/ 7 days a week. This is the protocol so the operators can respond in a timely manner.
