Description

It is 10:45PM on Sunday evening and the air conditioning units at Life Center Ministries are grinding so loudly hey can be heard inside of my house and out on both Ryefield Drive and Mount Vernon Road. This is a noise nuisance and a violation of City Code. I and my neighbors have been reporting this issue repeatedly and we are not sure of what it takes to have City Code enforced. Can the City please enforce the code and stop this noise nuisance?
