Description
Chronic loud blasting amplified music until midnight every weekend, sometimes weekdays. So loud we on Brockhurst Street can not enjoy our garden, hear our own television or sleep. This has been happening for several years now. Yes we've called non emergency. Yes we called code enforcement. Many, many times. And yet it continues. House is 866 32nd Street and sometimes their DJ pal next door.
