This filth is in the water it's all over their our garbage cans all over this park and they refuse to put their disgusting filthy litter inside of the garbage cans the police know that they are living under these bridges and nothing is done they are spending half $1 million on this area to beautify it with plants what are we doing about this filth?? It's discussing there are needles I walk my dogs every day I pick up their poop and I throw it away as I step over the homeless who are drugged out and full of alcohol and out of their mind what are we doing for this community?? Please give me an answer and let me know what we're doing?? I have asked stormwater I have asked the landscaping crews Who frequent this area and they say they are confused who's responsibility it is?? Let's figure it out we are paying tax dollars...we live in Roseville Park and we would like some action taken within this community… Thank you very much

How many times will this be passed back and forth to another department before someone with authority steps in?
