Description

46 Quincy pl ne - AIRBNB - property owner's trash and recycle cans are overflowing and have not been put in alley for the pickup in weeks therefore attracting a zillion flies, rodents, and emitting an awful stench. This behavior is ongoing by the property owners. Pickup day is every Wednesday. Please send an enforcement officer to investigate
