Description
Uneven sidewalk caused me to trip and fall on July 2nd, resulting in a trip to the Emergency Room. I have facial contusions, and other scraps and contusions on my shoulder, arm, hands and leg. There was a poor attempt to use cold patch previously to "fix" this issue but it obviously isn't good enough. The sidewalk needs to be replaced.

We pay money for the city to fix not put bandaids on right? Seen many trip worthy sidewalk squares on my way to and from parade today. To bad I had to spend my time looking at the ground for fear of tripping than up and out in front of me.
