It is 6:00PM on July 4th. The Air Conditioning units at Life Center Ministries are whining and grinding. These are so loud, that they can be heard inside of my house. This is a nuisance and is a violation of City Code. We are begging the City to please enforce the code and have this nuisance stopped. We have been told by the City that July 7th is the compliance date for Life Center Ministries to have their units repaired and moved to the roof of their building. However, this is one of many dates the City has set for compliance. We are very hopeful that the city will enforce the code in order to protect residents.
