Description

Rat infestation at 368 Broadway. Multiple large rats having their way with the trash in the rear yard. Tenants don't close rubbish toters making it easy pickings for the rats. There is also a day care facility and a Montessori School at this address. I regularly see tenants cautiously opening toters with sticks for fear a rat will leap out. This continues to be a chronic problem at this address.
